On the contrary, we've been providing containment and consultancy services to the insurance and government sectors for over 10 years.
We started (as Legal Costs Associates) as a traditional costs drafting provider, gradually becoming a claims process consultancy that uses new technology platforms to give us - and you - the insight needed to minimise your legal spending.
Those platforms have been developed through a strategic partnership with Xerces LLP, to offer you total visibility of the claims process and let you extract and then analyse data for better decisions, improved risk management and more sophisticated reserving.
Our professional approach to business has developed too, from being an Investor in People and adopting ISO 9001 quality management to recently introducing a web based client relationship management system that is built on cutting edge technology.
This has revolutionised the proactive service we offer clients, allowing what we do to be accurately and scientifically evaluated.
