As part of our service, we'll provide a real time online reporting platform, so you're able to check the progress of individual cases or create management reports tailored to your needs. It also means you won't lose control over your claims for costs when they leave your operation. For litigated claims, your panel solicitors can manage us via the internet, in real time - removing much of the administrative burden of managing back to back outsourced arrangements.
And because our service is built on continuous communication, you'll have your own account manager dealing with overall issues and a technical account manager to advise on day to day business.
